The point - How - Bars - Graph - Assess your skills - KPM - Rank - Gaps
What's
the purpose? What's the point? What is TKEP?
Born in 2001, the Kill Everyone Project's
goal is to virtually destroy humanity. "The world", it is said on
homokaasu.org, "is overpopulated. The people who overpopulate it are stupid.
They should be killed". The genocide's method is surprisingly simple (at first
glance) - clicking. The first object one should see once entering the killing
section is a red button labeled "Click Here!". Difficult to grasp as it may be,
this button is there to be clicked. Any click is counted as one death.

How
does the killing take place?
Humanity is divided, as always, into countries. The countries are sorted by
population size, from the smallest (Vatican) to the largest (China). Whenever a
certain user clicks the button, one kill is added to his/her personal kill
count, or the "Your Kills" field. Naturally, one doesn't click alone; plenty of
KEPpers are always there, clicking along. Each click any of them performs is
also counted in the "Total Kills" field.
What do
the two bars indicate?
As you said, there are two bars. Since the goal is destroying humanity by
killing everyone, it is not hard to understand that the bar labelled "everyone"
indicates which part of the world's population has already been destroyed. As to
the other one, well, humanity is destroyed country by country, so it says which
part of the current country is no longer with us.

What does the graph on the clicking interface represent?
This graph represents your kills, or, more accurately, your killing rate (KPM). The higher your KPM, the higher the values on the graph.
How can
I compare my bravery as a killer to others'?
Well, actually, that depends. You could either speak on the long term, for which
you'll need the ranking system, or, incredibly enough, on the short one, which
requires KPM. Naturally, the ranking system provides one with a better
image of this bravery.
What is
KPM?
KPM stands for "Kills per Minute". If you look closely, you'll find two personal
KPM fields and one field called "Total KPM". The "Last Minute" field indicates
the number of kills you achieved on the last minute. The "Session" field
indicates your average KPM since the beginning of the session. In
order to find out how is the entire group doing, use the "Total KPM" field,
which shows the summary of all users' kills on the last minute. Note that the
Total KPM varies a lot, and is rarely (if ever) accurate. The difference in the
times and intervals at which users send their data causes that.
Naturally, the higher your KPM, the faster you reach high scores. The
KPM-boosting methods are discussed on the "Other" section (where we drop all the
thingies we should put somewhere, yet found no appropriate "where" to put them).
What is
"rank"?
It is "4. a class in any scale of comparison", or, at least, so claims dear old
Webster. The scale of comparison on TKEP is the quantity of kills. If one has no
kills at all, one is pretty unlikely to be ranked higher than, um, last. The
more kills one gains, the higher the chance for one to be ranked higher. At
first, ranks flow like clicks. This is due to the fact that most of the
registered users only arrived once or twice, and left. When one reaches the
areas of 100K, though, one should start working on
one's gaps. "Next rank" and
"Previous rank" will show you the user just ahead of you and the one you have
just passed, respectively.
What
are gaps?
Next to the "Next rank" and "Previous rank" fields, you should find two fields
labeled "gap". Each of those shows the difference in kills between you and the
next or previous ranked user.
